A. The Midwest Data Center storage servers use the Linux OS because Linux has been demonstrated to be highly resistant to viruses and computer malware.

How long will it take to set up?

Assuming that you have broadband (DSL or cable) internet access, the download, installation and registration steps should take about ½ hour. The test step just takes a minute or two.

Setting up a backup set can be very simple if you accept all the defaults and back up all files that meet those criteria.

We recommend creating your first backup set with just a single file. After that has backed up, then add all the other files.
